Structure of the motivation letter
Like the CV, there are rules and templates here, knowing which may be of exceptional benefit to you. You can find many of these on the Internet, but be careful because ready texts can play a bad joke on you. The templates are still designed for some particular profession, but do not cover all possibilities. Therefore, if you do not edit the text so that it fully meets your needs and the position for which you apply, you can drop the ranking at the stage - review of documents. If you want to avoid this danger, it is good to make your own cover letter following these simple rules:- Date and contact information That's the first thing you need to plug in. Usually located in the top left corner of sheet format A4 /or text document, of course/. Start with your name and write down the address, your contact email.
- Contact person data and greeting
- they are contained in the job advertisement itself;
- to be sent to you in an email inviting you to send CV and cover letter after your initial application;
- do not have this data - then just skip this step.
- Introduction
- Main text
- Conclusion and signature
