Shared rules for all forms of training

These conditions apply equally to in-person and online training.

Where the two forms differ

Review the conditions for your form of training.

Enrolling in a course

In-person training
  • A registration card is completed at the office; the fee is paid within the announced deadlines or until the available places are filled.
  • New students must take an entry placement test; no test is required for the first level.
  • Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Online training
  • A course is requested on +359 878 566 537 / 02 423 21 21, at office@omegals.bg, or via the "Apply for a course" button on the website.
  • The registration card is received and returned by email; payment is made against an invoice.
  • The placement test is recommended and free. Students under 18 are enrolled by a parent/guardian.

Interruption and refunds

In both forms: the fee is not refunded when the student interrupts the training unilaterally. In exceptional circumstances the Manager may approve transferring part of the fee upon a written request to office@omegals.bg, with a 10% administrative fee on the amount paid.

In-person training
  • The place in the group is kept for the whole period; after the first three sessions it cannot be taken by a new student.
  • Requests for a transfer or a refund are submitted in person, within one week of the reason arising.
  • After longer absences the student may be invited to additional paid individual lessons — mandatory for admission to the final test after more absences than allowed.
Online training
  • Individual training uses a subscription plan of 1, 3, or 6 months — with a minimum of 10, 24, or 48 teaching hours respectively.
  • Group training follows a fixed schedule announced on the website in advance.
  • A fee transfer is calculated from the value of the remaining subscription.

Schedule and absences

In both forms: a teaching hour is 40 minutes. The school observes the official national holidays and announces schedule changes in due time. In extraordinary circumstances in-person training may move online with the number of teaching hours preserved.

In-person training
  • The group schedule is prepared before the course starts and does not follow the students' personal calendars.
  • Absences of up to 25% of the hours are allowed for the student to be admitted to the final test.
  • Validity of individual lesson packages: 20 hours — 2 months; 40 hours — 4 months; 60 hours — 5 months.
Online training
  • Individual: lessons Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:00, Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 and 14:00; cancellation until 15:00 on the previous day, for up to 20% of the booked lessons.
  • Group: sessions of 3 teaching hours on a fixed schedule, in a group of up to 10 people; at least 70% attendance for admission to the certificate exam.
  • Absences are reported in advance on 02 423 21 21, +359 878 566 537, or office@omegals.bg.

Learning materials and platform

In-person training
  • Groups use only the approved course systems; for individual training the materials are agreed in advance.
  • Learning materials paid by bank transfer are collected against a copy of the payment order.
Online training
  • Platform access is continuous within the enrolled course and ends when the subscription expires or the level is completed.
  • The school does not commit to keeping an archive of recordings of all sessions.
