Especially when it comes to an international company in which work will be connected, if not continuously, at least with the frequent use of this already universal working language. What level of English is required?

Surely your level should be at least B2, that is, able to have a relatively free conversation on certain subjects without thinking about the use of times and having enough vocabulary to describe yourself and express your thoughts. Then go into the past - little about the experiences you have and the skills you have acquired in the previous position. Start with something that shows you understand, use a few keywords and phrases from the website, but then lay out your personal opinion and motivation.

The key to the right answer here is the passion you're willing to put into the work and the motives that ignite it. So indicate several key factors that make you suitable. Start with skills that you already have and things that you enjoy and in this case applicable to the job - communication with people, satisfaction from solving problems and others. Share your enthusiasm for the company's concrete achievements in an area you are interested in and want to develop.

Maybe this is one of the scariest questions. But the truth is, he might just be crucial to getting the place. Use it to say something important about yourself that will highlight your positive side to other candidates. Based on your answer, you can not only do the work but also achieve great results. Focus on personal qualities that will help you fit into the team and features of character that make you a better choice than any other candidate.

How to prepare for an interview?

As we said at the outset, preparation is a key factor in your success in job interviews. So approach it as a project or an important presentation and consider every step. Consider any questions and consider the answers carefully.
