How to effectively maintain the level of multiple foreign languages
Perhaps most people find it difficult to learn even a foreign language. But there are polyglots for which the knowledge of two, three or more languages is not just a fact but something common and easy. But it doesn't really matter how easily you learn languages, because either way, if you don't use what you learned, it fades. That is, if you do not use one language regularly, it will sooner or later become more passive and with time disappears or at least dramatically reduce the level at which you control it. Here are some tips on how to keep this from happening.

Regular Work and Self - Disciplinary

That is the most important rule in any enterprise. It's good with full force and languages. It is also applicable both in the learning process and then when you just need to maintain and build on your knowledge. A few simple rules will help you stay in shape: 1. If you have more time or have not decided what exactly you want to do, try teaching. You can do it in your home country by being a teacher of several languages or watering hours of foreigners, for example teaching English to German speakers. Or you could decide to travel and be a teacher in a foreign country. If one of the languages you speak is, for example, Spanish, you can settle down there and find a school where you can teach English and German. But if teaching is not for you, just join a language exchange program. Look for the most suitable one for you, with people of different nationalities, where to improve one of your languages, but at the same time have the opportunity to practice at least some of the rest.

Then focus on maintaining language form by organizing your free time thematically. Read books in different languages and alternate. This way you will not just train your skills, but also expand your vocabulary. The same goes for listening. You can do it by playing different radio stations - every day in a different language, or by choosing movies without subtitles. But remember, this will help you maintain more than develop your level. 

Practice of all types of speech activities

Practice is the best way to keep your work not in vain so far. Some of the above tips will help you choose your way to practice languages that you already know.
